Paceline continued their strong start to the season today with victory at Kingston Wheelers early season Sporting 14 time trial. Following on from Dom Clegg’s win at Cyclopark on January 24th, and Tom Whatley’s 2nd spot at Hillingdon on 31st January, Rob Sharland today won the Sporting 14 time trial, setting a new course record in the process, taking it from Wouter Sybrandy by a mere one second!

Sharland beat Pete Tadros (31:24) with his excellent record time of 30:49. Combined with Keith Lea (32:01) and Pat Wright (32:49, on a road bike with clip-ons) saw Paceline take the team prize, but also set a new team course record, previously held by A3CRG.

Congratulations to Rob who won £70 for 1st place and £100 for setting a new record.
